A little bit of selfishness

Is taking time for yourself being selfish? Is making sure that you have extra energy reserves to much to ask? Taking time to go to the gym for some exercise or taking a walk in nature by yourself sound good to us all. We love the idea of curling up with a book in a quiet place and reading to our hearts delight. We relish the thought of not having to do anything for anyone but ourselves. We dream about doing what we want without a thought about anything else. So why don’t we make sure to take time to do these things. OMS the What is it, How do you get it and how do you fix it. The mompreneurs worst nightmare.

OMS is a serious condition that afflicts many mompreneurs worldwide. It is non-discriminate of race, social status and culture.  It can hit early in the life of their business or not until later on when their business is well established  devastating the mompreneur and putting a wrench in the growth of her business  by creating  havoc in her personal life.
