The image of being what I call a front line coordinator is awesome for those that don’t do it. It is coveted by working moms world wide because they believe you get these incredible moments, fantastic times when you connect with your kids and that life is just easier, smoother and pleasant when you are home. Why are you here? What is you life’s purpose?   Knowing why we are here can be a challenge. It can be the main question in our lives and a major dilemma that we are fixated on or it can be a non concern depending upon your personality. I recommend knowing why you are here and what your purpose is. If you don´t know then you need to find that out. It is your responsibility and duty towards yourself. Get a hold of your thinking!

It is time to grow up, in your thinking anyway. The time for the easygoing, carefree life where you can let your mind run free is over. There is too much junk in there. If you are reading this you have lived quite a life, you have baggage, you have a backpack full of experiences behind you and you know that the only person that is really responsible for your life is you.   We all have thoughts flowing through our mind constantly, anywhere from 12000 to 50 000 a day according to the National Science Foundation. The secrets really resonated with me because I am a believer in having good habits that promote success and happiness in your life as well as striving to reduce stress and facilitate greater work life balance in your life. Live your life love your family

I walked into the house today after being out all day and the second I walked in I noticed that there were glasses in the sink, pots on the counter and dirt on the floor. Normally I wouldn´t be irritated but I was soo looking forward to working on my business once I got home. It didn´t help that I had to cook which I really didn´t feel like doing. Today I just wanted to do my thing. I had been out all day doing things for others so I felt I had done my share. Meditate your way to more self confidence

There is no question in my mind that meditation is a great way to boost your self confidence and improve your quality of life. When you meditate you slow down your thinking and clear your mind of all of the excess negative thoughts that have been floating around in your head all day. You allow your brain to heal itself and heal these thoughts. Yourself conscious works through the thoughts that you are thinking and helps you to develop a clearer and better perspective. It is as simple as purchasing some meditation CD´s and taking the time to listen to them. The trick is to prepare for your meditation. Get in the right mindset. Let the other people in your family know that for the next 30 minutes or so you are unavailable.
