A little bit of selfishness

Is taking time for yourself being selfish? Is making sure that you have extra energy reserves to much to ask? Taking time to go to the gym for some exercise or taking a walk in nature by yourself sound good to us all. Some days I feel like a fembot about to explode. You know the ones in Austin Powers.  Literally my head feels like it is going to turn into a nuclear chimney and blow its stack. Usually when that happens it is because of stress. I know, I know a work life balance coach that is stressed? Seriously!
